This is an Agreement between Inspired Horizons, Inc. doing business as Susie Willett (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any individual, entity, or organization that procures our services (“you” or “your”). If you have any questions about this agreement, you can email Susie at hello@susiewillett.com.

Acceptance of Terms: Any work that we do for you is governed by the terms and conditions that you’re reading now. If you don’t agree to these terms, we can’t provide you with any services. This agreement is a binding contract between you and us.

Payment: Our fee structure is simple. All services are paid in advance via debit or credit card. We use industry-standard PCI Compliant third-party vendors to manage our payment system and your information.

Refunds: Each of the Products sold by Inspired Horizons, Inc. on this Site have their own refund policy noted on the sales page and/or check-out page. If you have questions about a specific policy, please email us at hello@susiewillett.com. If you receive a refund for a Product, you will have no further right to use that Product. We will have the sole discretion to determine whether you satisfy the eligibility criteria for a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, unless you are eligible to receive a refund, as provided herein, your obligation to continue to make all monthly payments with respect to a purchase shall remain in effect, notwithstanding the cancellation or termination of the applicable license for such Product.

Services: We’ll provide the following services: Weekly coaching calls, access to the resources in the website, as outlined when signing up.

No Guarantee of Results: We will work our hardest to give you the best results possible. We make no guarantee about the outcome of your relationship, marriage, divorce or personal or mental health.

Furthermore, nothing on this Site should be construed as legal advice from me. If you have a question that has legal implications, I strongly suggest you contact a lawyer, local to your situation, directly. I reserve the right to restrict site access for any reason, including leaving comment or trackback spam, or generally, not playing nice.  

Honor Code: Susie Willett is a private group. In order to create a safe place to share ideas, we ask that you please honor each other’s privacy. Do not share others’ situations or circumstances outside of the group unless given permission, and do not wrongfully participate in our coaching programs. We record all of our calls and if a member feels as though their personal identification has been improperly used, they may pursue legal action.

Publicity: Referrals are how we’re able to get work in the future, and we love showing off any major victories. You grant us the right to mention the following on our website, and in our marketing and advertising collateral: your first and last name initials; the city you are from and the impact our coaching had on you, described generally; and the relative impact that our coaching had on your relationship. The rights granted to us are non-exclusive and irrevocable. We additionally retain the right to acknowledge our authorship of coaching work done with you in an advertising and marketing context. Changes to these rights should be agreed upon in writing before you make your first payment.

Limitation on Liability: OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE AND ANY REPORTS THAT WE PROVIDE, OR ANY OTHER MATERIALS PROVIDED AS PART OF OUR SERVICES, IS LIMITED TO CORRECTION OF THE SERVICES OR MATERIALS. IF CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE OR IMPRACTICAL, THEN OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF ANY FEES PAID BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THIS LIABILITY LIMIT APPLIES TO ANY LEGAL THEORY OF DAMAGES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE AS MAY BE APPLICABLE. WE WON’T BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST MONIES, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE’VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

Representations and Warranties: We represent and warrant that, to the best of our knowledge, our services will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You represent and warrant that any materials you provide us will similarly not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WE, MAKE NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF WELLNESS OR MINDSET FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS OR GOVERNMENT RULES OR REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT. EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES AND ANY MATERIALS DELIVERED TO YOU ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.”

Force Majeure: We won’t be in breach of this agreement if fire, earthquake, illness, death, act of God, labor dispute, or other event beyond our control prevents us from providing services in a timely fashion. We’ll notify you about the situation and work with you to establish a timeline for completing our services, if possible.

Governing Law/Forum Selection: California law governs this contract. We both agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara, California, and not anywhere else. You submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Entire Agreement: This is our entire Agreement. It supersedes all other discussions, understandings, and negotiations between us, if any.

THESE TERMS OF USE (THESE “TERMS”) REPRESENT AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SUSIE WILLETT (“WE,” “US,” OR “GB”) AND GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITES AT WWW.SUSIEWILLETT.COM, AND ANY OTHER SITES CREATED BY US FROM TIME TO TIME (THE “SITES”) AND ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE BY MEANS OF ANY OF THE SITES (THE “PRODUCTS”). WE REFER TO THE SITES AND THE PRODUCTS COLLECTIVELY IN THESE TERMS AS THE “SERVICES.” BY USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS.
